We recommend light clothing that is comfortable
Please ensure you bring clean indoor footwear suitable for the work-out ahead
You can check-in via our app 45 minutes before your session starts.
We advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the beginning of your session.
Please then make your way to the STORM studio where one of our team will be waiting for you.

Upon arrival, you will be given a STORM branded card to enable you full access to the locker rooms.
Simply put the card on the locker, the light will turn red and the locker will be closed.
Please keep this card safe and ensure you return the card to a member of the STORM Team at the end of your session
The STORM coach will set you up on the POLAR heart rate system.
The STORM coach will provide you with a polar heart rate tracking device as well as mitts for your first session.
*Please note that for hygiene and a much more personalised experience, we recommend all STORM users are required to purchase their own personal mitts as well as their own polar heart rate wearable. *Both available through the STORM app and website*
